How to unblock and enable E-IPCRF Templates

The electronic IPCRF that you can download is a version of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for the academic year 2022-2023, designed in Excel format. It includes Part I-IV of the IPCRF, as specified in the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System for School Year 2022-2023.
The main purpose of this form is to help Teachers/Ratees in completing their PCRF forms at different RPMS phases. It assists in preparing the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Development Plan during the Performance Planning and Commitment phase. It calculates the final rating for the completed IPCRF during the Performance Review and Evaluation phase.

Note: To access and download the E-IPCRF form, make sure to use your official DepEd email address.
Step 1: Right-Click the File
Locate the E-IPCRF template on your device, typically in the format of a file with the extension ".xlsx." Right-click on the file to access a contextual menu.
Step 2: Click 'Properties'
From the contextual menu, click on the 'Properties' option. This will open a dialog box that contains various information about the file.
Step 3: Tick the Box 'Unblock'
Within the Properties dialog box, look for the 'Security' section. Here, you will find an option that says 'Unblock.' Tick the checkbox next to 'Unblock' to allow unrestricted access to the template.
Step 4: Apply/OK
After ticking the 'Unblock' box, click on the 'Apply' or 'OK' button to save the changes and close the Properties dialog box. Once you open the Excel file, click the "Enable Content" button, and you may now open and use the official E-IPCRF.
With the template unblocked, you can now open and type in it without any hindrance. When you open the file, you may encounter a pop-up message asking for certain permissions. This is a security measure taken by some systems to ensure the integrity of the document. Simply click 'Enable' or 'Allow' to proceed with editing the template.
