Official Electronic IPCRF and Online IPCRF Consolidation System Released for Teachers' Performance Management

The Department of Education (DepEd) has announced the release of the official electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (e-IPCRF) and online IPCRF Consolidation System for the Multi-Year Results-based Performance Management System - Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST).

In a memorandum issued by Gloria Jumamil-Mercado, Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development, the implementation details were outlined.

The e-IPCRF, which is an Excel-based tool, will be utilized by all Ratees and Raters involved in the RPMS-PPST. Teachers' IPCRF data for the academic year 2022-2023 and onwards will be inputted using this official electronic form. The e-IPCRF can be accessed either through the provided QR code or the link provided innthe kast part of this article:

Teachers  must use their official DepEd email address for access.

The IPCRF Consolidation System will be utilized for the consolidation of teachers' IPCRF data. Schools have been assigned the responsibility of collecting and uploading the completed e-IPCRFs to the system.

Educational professionals seeking further information and assistance are encouraged to contact the Human Resource Development Division of the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHROD-HRDD). The HRDD office is located on the 4th Floor, Mabini Building, Department of Education Central Office, DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.

All concerned parties, including Regional Directors, Schools Division Superintendents, Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads, and others, are advised to disseminate and comply with the released memorandum.

The electronic IPCRF available for download is an Excel-based version of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for the academic year 2022-2023. It includes Part I-IV of the IPCRF as specified in the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System for School Year 2022-2023.

This form aims to assist Teachers/Ratees in completing their PCRF forms during various RPMS phases. It facilitates the preparation of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Development Plan during the Performance Planning and Commitment phase. Additionally, it calculates the final rating for the accomplished IPCRF during the Performance Review and Evaluation phase.

The Central Office encourages all schools to use this tool instead of the the division-made version that was shared in advance.

The tool is macro-enabled Excel file so please follow these procedures before you open it:
1. Download the Excel file below.
2. Right-click on the downloaded file and select "Properties".
3. Tick "Unblock" then click Apply and hit Ok.
4. Once you open the Excel file. Click the "Enable Content" button and you may now open and use the official eIPCRF.
