National Orientation Materials for RPMS Multi-Year RPMS-PPST and Use of Electronic IPCRF for Teachers

The Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office has provided Orientation Materials for the RPMS Multi-Year RPMS-PPST and the Use of Electronic IPCRF for Teachers during the National Orientation on Multi-Year RPMS-PPST and the Use of Electronic IPCRF for Teachers held on July 22. These materials are essential for the effective implementation of the RPMS-PPST (Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers).

To ensure that all school personnel are properly informed and guided, the Schools Division Offices (SDO) are responsible for cascading the orientation to all personnel within their respective divisions. This includes Principals, Master Teachers, Teachers, ALS implementers, and all others concerned.

The division orientation sessions can be conducted until the first week of August to accommodate all participants. All teachers are encouraged to participate in these sessions to enhance their understanding of the RPMS-PPST and how to utilize the e-IPCRF and Online Consolidation effectively.

To access the orientation materials and the Excel-based e-IPCRF, along with the recording of the national orientation, teachers should use their official DepEd email address.
