Suspension of IPCRF Evaluations Announced


JULY 13: Submission of IPCRF/OPCRF Suspended in Several Regions


According to Benjo Basas, Teachers' Dignity Coalition (TDC) National Chairman, as of July 13, the following Regional Directors (RDs) have announced a halt in the submission of Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) pending clear instructions from the Central Office:

- National Capital Region (NCR)
- Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
- Region V
- Region VII
- Region VIII
- Region IX
- Region XII

The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Pangasinan II has also suspended the evaluation of IPCRF.

July 10, 2024 - The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Pangasinan II, Region I, has announced the suspension of the evaluation of Individual Performance Commitment and Review Forms (IPCRFs).

This decision follows the directive from the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS), aiming to comply with a recent Executive Order.

According to Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) Russel Jim V. Tamayo, no IPCRF evaluations will occur until further notice. "We will adhere to the Executive Order as we await guidelines from the Central Office (CO) and Regional Office (RO) on its implementation," stated Tamayo in the SDO Infoboard.

He clarified that this announcement came after Regional Memorandum 629, a 2024 series released before the Executive Order 61 issuance. The Regional Office is expected to provide clarification on this matter soon.

As per instruction of the SDS, this is to inform the field that there must be NO EVALUATION OF IPCRFS AT THIS TIME. We will adhere to the Executive Order as we await guidelines from the CO/RO on its implementation.

Meanwhile, please note that RM 629, s. 2024, was released prior to the issuance of the Executive Order, and the RO will be providing clarification on this matter.
