• Sto. Tomas, Pampanga: Face-to-face classes in all levels, both in public and private schools, from July 31 to August 1, 2025 (Thursday and Friday) due to widespread flooding and the continued effects of Typhoons Crising, Dante, Emong with the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
