The Modified Automated School Form 9 (SF9) is an upgraded reporting tool engineered to streamline the preparation of learner report cards. This spreadsheet template minimizes manual data entry by automatically consolidating grades and attendance while introducing a specialized system for evaluating student progress.

Core Features

• Built-In Card Comments and Remarks: Automatically generates and populates context-appropriate teacher remarks based on the learner's academic performance and quarterly progress. This eliminates the need to manually draft individual feedback for every student.
• Seamless Data Integration: Pulls final grades, term averages, and attendance records directly from term summary sheets using robust lookup formulas.
• Clean, Error-Free Display: Programmed with conditional formatting and error-handling formulas to ensure the report card looks professional. The layout automatically hides zeros and #N/A errors when a record is incomplete or pending.
• Dynamic Subject Averaging: Calculates term grades and general averages only when all required core subject grades and sub-components are fully encoded, preventing premature or inaccurate final ratings.
• DepEd-Aligned Structure: Follows official reporting standards and performance descriptors, making the document immediately ready for printing, approval, and distribution to parents or guardians.
• Time-Saving Automation: Designed to help educators finalize quarterly records efficiently, significantly reducing the administrative workload at the end of each grading period.

DISCLAIMER: The Modified School Form 9 (SF9) is not an official release by the Department of Education (DepEd). It is an enhanced, automated version of the official form developed independently by the DepEd Tambayan Team to assist fellow teachers with administrative tasks.
