How to access LinkedIn Learning, download NEAP certificate via DepEd PD-LMS Portal
Through the DepEd Professional Development Learning Management System (PD-LMS)

Professional growth has never been more accessible for teachers and education personnel. Through DepEd’s Professional Development Learning Management System (PD-LMS), you can now enjoy LinkedIn Learning courses provided by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP).
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to the PD-LMS
Visit the PD-LMS website and log in using your official DepEd email address.
Sign in to training.deped.gov.ph
2. Navigate to NEAP Courses
Once inside, look for Course Categories and click National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP).
3. Go to the Professional Development Division
Scroll down and select Professional Development Division to view available programs.
4. Select Scholarship
Under this section, click Scholarship to explore opportunities and sponsored learning platforms.
5. Access LinkedIn Learning
Scroll again until you see LinkedIn Learning, then click it to enter the platform.
6. Start Your Learning Journey
You can now browse courses and start learning relevant skills quickly.
7. Complete the Evaluation
After finishing your course, don’t forget to answer the evaluation form. This step ensures you receive your certificate of completion from NEAP.

AFTER Passing the NEAP Assessment:

Receive DepEd-NEAP Certificate: Upon completing the assessment, you will receive a DepEd-NEAP-issued certificate.
Utilize Certificate for PRC Application: The DepEd-NEAP certificate can be used for your self-directed PRC application.

4. Review and Retake (If Needed): If you don't pass on the first try, review the course content and retake the assessment.
5. Request New Assessment (If Needed): If you've exhausted your attempts and still haven't passed, contact NEAP at neap.pdd@deped.gov.ph to request a new set of assessments.
6. Receive DepEd NEAP Certificate: Once you pass, your DepEd NEAP certificate will be generated. You can use this for your PRC application.
