It's moving westward at 25 km/h and is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning, September 23. Various areas are under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS), with Signal #5 in effect for the Babuyan Islands, and Signal #4 for southern Batanes, northern mainland Cagayan, and northern Ilocos Norte.

The public is warned of life-threatening storm surges over 3.0 m in Batanes, Cagayan, and the Ilocos provinces, along with a Gale Warning for the northern Luzon seaboard, making sea travel very risky.
