The Department of Education (DepEd) has released the official electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (e-IPCRF). This Excel-based tool is to be used by teachers and administrators to input and consolidate performance data. Schools are responsible for collecting and uploading completed forms. For access, teachers must use their official DepEd email. For more information, contact the BHROD-HRDD.

The electronic IPCRF available for download is an Excel-based version of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for the academic year 2023-2024. It includes Part I-IV of the IPCRF as specified in the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System for School Year 2023-2024.

This form aims to assist Teachers/Ratees in completing their PCRF forms during various RPMS phases. It facilitates the preparation of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Development Plan during the Performance Planning and Commitment phase. Additionally, it calculates the final rating for the accomplished IPCRF during the Performance Review and Evaluation phase.

The Central Office encourages all schools to use this tool instead of the the division-made version that was shared in advance.

The tool is macro-enabled Excel file so please follow these procedures before you open it:
1. Download the Excel file below.
2. Right-click on the downloaded file and select "Properties".
3. Tick "Unblock" then click Apply and hit Ok.
4. Once you open the Excel file. Click the "Enable Content" button and you may now open and use the official eIPCRF.
