New RPMS-PPST Schedule Released by DepEd SY 2023-2024

The Department of Education (DepEd) has updated the timeline for the Results-based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for 2023-2024. This reflects changes in DepEd Order 003, s. 2024, which amends school calendar guidelines.
 The revised schedule breaks down the RPMS cycle into phases, including teacher vacation, data collection, performance assessment, and development planning. Key dates include:
 • July 1-12, 2024: Performance Assessment of Teachers and Finalization of Individual Development Plans (IDP). Tools used will be the IPCRF Teacher’s Portfolio and the IPCRF-IDP.
 • July 1-26, 2024: Performance Rewarding and Development Planning. Submission of the electronic IPCRF will be required.
 The RPMS-PPST ensures educators meet professional standards and continue to develop their skills. This update aligns performance reviews with the official DepEd calendar.
