Alphabetical List of Passers in the March 2023 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released the list of passers in the March 2023 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) at the elementary level. The results are now available, forty-one (41) working days after the board exams. The LET was conducted on March 19, 2023, at various testing centers across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Antique, Bacolod, Baguio, Pangasinan, Bohol, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Cebu, Davao, Digos, Dumaguete, Iloilo, General Santos City, Kidapawan, Koronadal, Ilocos Norte, Legazpi, Lucena, Marinduque, Masbate, Mati City, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Pagadian, Palawan, Romblon, Pampanga, Laguna, Tacloban, Tagum, Tuguegarao, Catanduanes, and Zamboanga.

The Board of Professional Teachers, led by Dr. Rosita L. Navarro as Chairman and Dr. Paz I. Lucido as Vice Chairman, along with members Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy, oversaw the examination process.

The release of the LET results, including the complete list of passers for both elementary and secondary levels, is expected on May 19, 2023, following the administration of exams, in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1589 series of 2022. Congratulations in advance to the new Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs)!

Registration Schedule:

Online appointments for the issuance of Professional ID and Certificate of Registration for the newly licensed teachers (LPTs) will be scheduled on the following date(s):

Initial registrants are advised to register online through the PRC official website ( and follow the steps for online registration. The registration requirements include:

Notice of Admission/NOA (for identification purposes only)
Completed Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
Two (2) passport-sized ID photos with a white background and complete name tag
Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
One (1) short brown envelope
PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must personally register and sign in to the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Rating Verification:

The verification of ratings and test results for the licensure exams for teachers, administered by the PRC Board of Professional Teachers, will be available online within a few working days after the release of results.
