The Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) Portfolio Covers and Contents Package contains ready made and editable RPMS Portfolio Covers, Key Result Areas (KRA) for Teachers, and Objectives and Means of Verification (MOV) in each KRAs. The RPMS Portfolio Covers and Contents Complete Package can be downloaded in different formats like JPEG, PDF, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher format to suit your needs.
The five KRAs include KRA 1: Content Knowledge and Pedagogy, KRA 2: Diversity of Learners & Assessment and Reporting, KRA 3: Curriculum and Planning, KRA 4: Community Linkages and Professional Engagement & Personal Growth and Professional Development and KRA 5: Plus Factor.

Objective 8. Set achievable and appropriate learning outcomes that are aligned with learning competencies
Objective 9. Built relationships with parents/guardians and the wider school community to facilitate involvement in the educative process
