How to Consolidate Electronic LESF Easily

Every adviser of the previous school year 2019-2020 is responsible for completing the Learners Profile since they are the only ones who has access to their advisoy to the LIS As such, one Electronic Learning Survey Form (LESF) will be used per class adviser.

DATA GATHERING AND CONSOLIDATION OF ELECTRONIC LESF

1. For example, in Grade 7, There are five (5) sections last school year, therefore there will be 5 electronic LESF for that grade level.

Each section adviser in that grade level will give the soft copy of the LESF to the Grade Head.

The Grade Head will create a Grade Level Master Summary Sheet (GLMSS) also known as a Consolidated Grade Level File.

Consolidating this Grade Level master Summary Sheet (GLMSS) can be done easily by copy pasting the Database Summary Grade Sheet of each of their GLMSS.

2. All Grade Level Master Summary Sheet (GLMSS) will be submitted to the enrollment Focal Person (EFP) who was assigned under DepED Order No. 8 s, 2020. .

The Focal Person will create a School master File Summary based on Grade Levels' GLMSS. He will consolidate all Grade level Master Summary Grade Sheet into one School Master File Summary.

3. The Grade Head will create a Grade Level Master Summary Sheet (GLMSS) also known as a Consolidated grade Level File.

Consolidating this Grade Level master Summary Sheet (GLMSS) can be done easily by copy pasting the Database Summary Grade Sheet of each of their GLMSS.

4. For incoming Kindergarten, Transferees and Balik-Aral Learners one Electronic LESF Summary Master Sheet will be provided by the Enrollment Focal Person which will be submitted to the schools Division Office Planning and research Unit'.
