Several local government units (LGUs) have declared class suspensions and shifts to distance learning for Friday, July 10, 2026, due to the continuous heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) enhanced by Typhoon Inday (#IndayPH).

• San Pablo City – All levels, public and private
  (July 10–11, 2026): Suspended face-to-face classes. All levels will automatically shift to Modular Learning.

Batangas

• Alitagtag – Lahat ng Antas (Pampubliko at Pribadong Paaralan, kasama ang ECCD at ALS)
  PABATID SA PUBLIKO: SUSPENDIDO ang face-to-face classes at opisina sa lahat ng antas bilang pag-iingat sa inaasahang masamang epekto ng hanging habagat na pinalalakas ng Bagyong Inday.
• San Jose – All levels, public and private.

Central Luzon

• Aurora Province – All levels, public and private 

Visayas

Antique

• Barbaza – All levels, public and private.
• Bugasong – All levels, public and private. No face-to-face classes.
