PhilHealth GAMOT (Guaranteed and Accessible Medications for Outpatient Treatment) is a program that provides members with outpatient prescription drugs for various conditions like infections, chronic diseases, and supportive therapies. It has an initial coverage of 75 types of medicines, with a yearly limit of P20,000 per member at accredited partner pharmacies and clinics. 

To avail of the benefit, members need to be registered, see an accredited doctor for a prescription, and then claim the medicine at a PhilHealth GAMOT-accredited facility.

How to avail of PhilHealth GAMOT

Register:
Ensure you are a registered PhilHealth member and have access to the program, possibly through the "Yakap" program.

Consult an accredited doctor:
Get a prescription from a doctor who is affiliated with a PhilHealth-accredited health care facility.

Claim at an accredited pharmacy:
Bring your prescription to an accredited PhilHealth GAMOT provider (like a partner pharmacy or clinic) to claim your medicine.

Check for new medicines:
PhilHealth is continuously studying the addition of more medicines to the program based on approvals from the Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC).
