DBM releases funds for 2023 PBB

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has released around PHP783.28 million for various government agencies' 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB).

Recent announcements include the release of funds for the 2023 PBB of qualified personnel from:

* Philippine Navy (PN)
* Philippine Air Force (PAF)
* National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA)
* Philippine National Police (PNP)
* Philippine Army

The Department of Education (DepEd) has been confirmed as eligible to receive the 2023 PBB for its personnel, including teachers.

The PBB is granted to eligible agencies that satisfy criteria under four dimensions of accountability: Performance Results, Process Results, Financial Results, and Citizen/Client Satisfaction Results, and attain a total score of at least 70 points. Individual employees must generally have a "Very Satisfactory" performance rating to qualify.
