Guidelines for Accomplishing and Submitting the Excel-Based IPCRF Tool for SY 2024-2025
All teachers must use the official Excel-based electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) tool to input their performance data for the school year 2024-2025. Before finalizing the eIPCRF tool, the assigned Rater and Approving Authority must carefully verify the ratings encoded by the teachers to ensure accuracy. Once finalized, teachers must submit their completed eIPCRF tool to their respective school heads.
School heads or designated non-teaching personnel are responsible for uploading individual teachers' accomplished and finalized eIPCRF tools into the system. To do this, they must access the online eIPCRF collection and consolidation system at eipcrf.deped.gov.ph using only the official school email account registered in the system.
By default, these school email accounts follow a school ID-based format (e.g., SchoolID@deped.gov.ph). However, schools with extensions in their email format (e.g., mnhs.001@deped.gov.ph) or a different naming convention must coordinate with the Division Information Technology Officer (ITO) for proper registration in the system. Schools needing to reset their school email account passwords must contact their Division ITO for assistance.
Registration and access to the online eIPCRF system are strictly limited to official school email accounts to prevent accessibility issues arising from personnel movements, such as promotions, transfers, or reassignments. The Division ITOs serve as division account managers, granting them system access to manage user accounts. Their responsibilities include registering official school email accounts, modifying or updating school account credentials, deleting registered accounts when necessary, and generating a division performance summary.
The submission of the accomplished eIPCRF tools is scheduled to begin after the performance evaluation period, from the end of the fourth quarter until the first month of the next school year's opening. Schools experiencing technical difficulties that prevent them from uploading their teachers' eIPCRFs within the specified timeline must send the Excel files in a compressed folder via email to helpdesk.rpms@deped.gov.ph and submit printed copies to their respective Schools Division Offices (SDOs). Users may also reach out to helpdesk.rpms@deped.gov.ph with any other concerns or issues.
