SRI for government workers to be released starting December 15


President Bongbong Marcos has approved a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for civilian and uniform government employees for fiscal year 2024.

The incentive, set at P20,000, will be provided to eligible personnel from national government agencies, local government units, state universities, government-owned corporations, and uniformed services like the police and military.

As outlined in Administrative Order No. 27, issued on December 12, the SRI will be released starting December 15, 2024.

To be eligible, employees must have completed at least four months of service by November 30, 2024. Those with less than four months of service will receive a prorated amount.

• 3 months but less than 4 months: 40% of P20,000
• 2 months but less than 3 months: 30% of P20,000
• 1 month but less than 2 months: 20% of P20,000
• Less than 1 month: 10% of P20,000
