The GSIS Restructuring Program for Service Loans (RPSL) is a new program designed to help borrowers with overdue loans. It offers more flexible and affordable payment options to reduce outstanding balances, making it truly easier to pay off debts.

Here are the key details:

Eligibility:

• Inactive members who have left the service.
• Old-age pensioners.
• Former members who previously availed of RPSL.
• Active members who returned to service but have outstanding GSIS loans for more than six months.

Covered Loans:

• Enhanced Salary Loan (ESL)
• Restructured Salary Loan (RSL);
• Emergency Loan Assistance (ELA);
• Summer One-Month Salary Loan (SOS);
• Member’s Cash Advance (MCA);
• eCard Plus Cash Advance (ECP);
• Consolidated Loan (CNL);
• Enhanced Conso-Loan (CNL);
• Emergency Loan (EML);
• Home Emergency Loan Program (HLP);
• Study Now, Pay Later (SNP);
• Fly PAL, Pay Later (FPL);
• Educational Assistance Loan (EAL);
• Stock Purchase Loan (SPL);
• Policy Loan (PRG);
• Optional Policy Loan (POL);
• GSIS Financial Assistance Loan (GFL) Program for Restructuring and Repayment of Debts (PRD);
• Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL);
• Computer Loan (CPL);

Payment Options:

• Pay in full or through installments.
• Choose from 10%, 25%, 50%, or 75% downpayment, with varying interest rates for the remaining balance.

Interest Rates:

• Downpayment of at least 10%: 6% interest
• Downpayment of at least 25%: 5% interest
• Downpayment of at least 50%: 4% interest
• Downpayment of at least 75%: 3% interest

Requirements:

• Application form (available on the GSIS website)
• Photocopy of GSIS eCard, PhilID, passport, or valid government IDs
• Special Power of Attorney (if represented by someone)
• Updated mobile number and email address

Modes of Payment:

• GSIS branches
• Accredited payment centers (Bayad Center, M. Lhuillier, USSC, etc.)
• UnionBank or LandBank mobile/web app
• Salary deduction (for members) or pension deduction (for pensioners)
