Performance Based Bonus (PBB) FY 2022 Updates

In a recent memorandum (DM-OUHROD-2023-1902) dated December 11, 2023 issued by Wilfredo E. Cabral, Regional Director and Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development, the Department of Education (DepEd) has provided essential updates on the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for the fiscal year 2021 and 2022.

For FY 2022, it has come to light that based on the initial list of National Government Agencies with Deficiencies to Agency Accountability Requirements for FY 2022 PBB (update as of April 12, 2023 posted in the DAP RBPMS), DepEd has non-compliances to two (2) Agency Accountabilities namely: PhilGEPS Posting and the FY 2022 APP Non-CSE. There are 69 offices/units that are non-compliant to PhilGEPS Posting while 162 offices/units are non-compliant to FY 2022 APP Non-CSE.
