About VINSET 3.0
The Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) through the Educational Technology Unit (EdTech) will conduct the Televised Virtual In-Service Training Program for Teachers (VINSET 3.0) with the theme "Uniting Teachers Towards Digital Transformation and Excellence."The virtual activity will be shown on 08-11 August 2022 and streamed through the online platforms of DepEd. The recorded session will be aired on a later schedule via DepEd TV's local cable partners.
The activities are programmed to impart the latest technological innovation in instruction to prepare teachers (public and private) for in-person classes using different ICT and digital learning applications. In addition, the topics are carefully identified to ensure the upskilling of teachers that will necessitate effective utilization in their respective classes in whatever learning environment.

According to Sy, VINSET 3.0 is free, and it is open to all public and private school teachers or even EdTech enthusiasts. How to get 15 CPD Units
For participants in VINSET 3.0, they will be able to claim their certificates with 15 CPD units through DepEd Learning Management System (LMS)."Paano makakakuha ng 15 CPD Units, may DepEd LMS po na gagamitin. Kaya kung wala ka pang account, siguraduhin na may account ka na.
So if you don't have an account yet, make sure you have one." said Sy.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE ON HOW TO ENROL IN VIRTUAL INSET IN-SERVICE TRAINING 3.0
The DepEd Learning Management System will open the Virtual INSET 3.0 Course on August 8, 2022.
Please login to your respective regional DLMS using your DepEd email accounts (Google or Microsoft accounts).
A. For DepEd Teachers and Employees
Enroll in the Virtual INSET 3.0 Course in your Regional DLMS by doing the following steps:
A. LMS Portal > DepEd Commons > DepEd LMS
1. Go to https://lms.deped.gov.ph, and search for your region at the top of the website. Choose your Schools Division Office to proceed to your regional DLMS.
2. Click DepEd Commons Teachers.
3. Wait for the DepEd Commons website to load. Choose to sign in either with your Google account or with your Microsoft account.
4. Type in your credentials and authorize DepEd Commons to use your account.
5. Click site home and search for the Professional Development category.
6. Click Virtual In-Service Training 3.0 course.
7. Type in your enrollment key and click proceed.
Enrollment key per division will be provided on Day 1, August 8, or through this link > VIEW ENROLLMENT KEYS
B. DepEd Commons > DepEd LMS
1. Go to https://commons.deped.gov.ph and click DepEd LMS Portal.
2. Click log in as teaching or non-teaching personnel.

4. Select your regional DLMS cluster in the dropdown options then click go to LMS.
5. Click DepEd Commons Teachers in your regional DLMS.

8. Type in your enrollment key (if required) and click proceed.
