Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for SY 2021-2022
This IPCRF for SY 2021-2022 is an Excel-based version of Part I-IV of the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
This form is intended to assist Teachers/Ratees in the preparation of their IPCRF forms at different RPMS phases, e.g. Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Development Plan during Performance Planning and Commitment phase, accomplished IPCRF with computed final rating during Performance Review and Evaluation phase.
The data gathered using this tool will help the Rater in identifying the needs of teachers and in providing appropriate interventions.
The Department of Education (DepEd) has issued a memorandum instructing all public school teachers to manually accomplish their Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for School Year (SY) 2021-2022. This is due to the Department's ongoing development and finalization of the enhanced electronic-IPCRF of teachers and preparation for the implementation of the career progression of teachers.
So we provided here an IPCRF for you to start with.

Note:
Some unofficial automated IPCRFs are circulating on social media and websites - but we suggest we countercheck the formula used before using it.
DepEd has not yet released an automated IPCRF, so it is best to carefully examine the automated templates we buy or download before using them, but we should use the manual to be more sure.
