DepEd Tambayan (DT) Automated MLESF Summary Matrix Generator for Class Advisers is a simple and user friendly tool taht can be used to automatically generate summary of selected data in the Modified Learner Evaluation and Survey Form (MLESF) for the LES Quick Count.


It has been a concern of many class advisers to have an automated summary matrix that can automatically identify the combinations selected by the parents in the Modified Learner Evaluation and Survey Form (MLESF to lessen their burden in accomplishing the Summary Matrix Form and to facilitate the reporting.

The DepEd Tambayan Team would like to present to you Automated MLESF Summary Matrix Generator for Class Advisers developed by Sir Napoleon Leones from Baggao East Centarl School, Division of Cagayan.

DT Automated MLESF Summary Matrix Generator for Class Advisers can be used by class advisers to tabulate responses from MLESFs to automatically generate summary of selected data in the MLESF for the LES Quick Count part.

This tool AUTOMATICALLY GENERATES SUMMARY of selected data in the MLESF with many options and combinations like D2, D3, D5, D6 and D7 of the Summary Matrix for LES Quick Count.

How to use DT MLESF Summary Matrix Generator for Class Advisers

1. Encode data from each MLESF in the "Raw Data" sheet. (✓ = 1, no mark = leave cell blank)
2. View the summary in the "Summary" Sheet.

Please be reminded that in the processing of selected MLESF data, the following instructions shall be observed: vis–a-vis summary matrix and LIS Quick Count Facility.
