Performance Based Bonus 2018 Status Update

Here's the latest  status update on the grant of Performance Based Bonus (PBB) for FY 2018 for the Department of Education (DepEd).

Based on the report on the ongoing dialogue between the DBM and the Alliance of Concerned Teachers as posted in Manila Public School Teachers Association - MPSTA ACT NCR UNION Facebook post, dated November 30, 2019, DepEd has not yet been declared "eligible" to be granted with the said PBB.

"Hindi pa idineklarang "eligible" ang DepEd sa pagkakaroon nito (PBB)," said post.

It was also reported that the DBM just received the reports from DepEd on November 19. and it is now in the process of validation and evaluation. It is expected that the PBB 2018 will be received by the teachers next year.

"Nobyembre 19 pa lamang natanggap ng DBM ang reports mula sa DepEd. Nasa proseso ito ng validation and evaluation kaya sa susunod na taon pa ito posibleng makuha ng mga guro," said post.
