1. FRONT Sheet

Title Change: The header text was updated from "SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT PERMANENT RECORD" to "SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEARNER'S PERMANENT RECORD".

2. ANNEX Sheet

Removed Default Value: Under the ACADEMIC ELECTIVES section, the first row (item 1) previously had the subject "Contemporary Literature 2" pre-filled (along with a stray False value in the source column). This row was completely cleared and left blank like the rest of the list.

3. HELPER_SUBJECTS Sheet

Creative Composition 1: The grade level for this subject was changed from Grades 11/12 to Grade 11. The 2 quarters allotted in Grade 12 were removed.

Creative Composition 2: The grade level for this subject was moved from Grade 12 to Grade 11. The 2 quarters were shifted accordingly.

Helper References Updated: In the internal helper row (Row 3), the hardcoded reference to "Contemporary Literature 2" under the Academic columns was removed. It was replaced with the instructional text "List ACADEMIC ELECTIVES in the ANNEX sheet" for both the ACADEMIC 11 and ACADEMIC 12 helper columns, making it consistent with how the TechPro electives are handled.
