Please be advised that the official School Form 10 (SF10) for the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) curriculum has not yet been released by the Department of Education for nationwide use.
While DepEd has announced the full implementation of the curriculum for the upcoming School Year 2026–2027, the standardized, final version of this permanent academic record is still being finalized to align with the new two-track model.
We are monitoring all official DepEd issuances closely, and as soon as the department releases the official copy, we will update this post immediately with the direct download link.
