Canva Login Update for DepEd Teachers

DepEd has implemented a new Single Sign-On (SSO) system for Canva, which might affect your ability to access your previous account.

Why You Might Be Locked Out

DepEd is now only accepting the official @deped.gov.ph email for Canva login. If you were previously using your regional @[region].deped.gov.ph email (which is now designated for students), you will be locked out of that account.

Action Required: Transfer Your Designs!

If your old Canva account is linked to your regional email, you must transfer all your designs to your official @deped.gov.ph account.

* Deadline: December 1, 2025.
* Action: Regional teacher accounts will be closed after this date.

Troubleshooting:
If You Use Your Official Email But Can't Log In

Try the following steps:
* Select your regional email login option and click "Forget login" or "Forget account."
* Go to canva.com and log in again using your official @deped.gov.ph email.
* Confirm that you are logged into your DepEd Team account (look for the blue checkmark).
