LIS User Guide for the Implementation ot Strengthened SHS Offerings, Class Creation, and Learner Class Reassignment

This user guide outlines the procedures for implementing strengthened Senior High School (SHS) offerings, creating classes, and reassigning learners.

To add Strengthened SHS Offerings:

• Go to https://ebeis.deped.gov.ph and log in as a Regional System Admin.
• Click the "Masterlist of Schools"
• Enter the School ID or school name of the pilot SHS school you wish to update and click "Submit"
• From the results, click the "View SHS Offerings" link for the relevant school.
• Click the "Add SHS Offerings" button.
• Check the box next to "School Implementing Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum".
• Select either "Academic Track (Strengthened)" or "Technical Professional" and click "Save". A "Update successful" notification will appear.

• If the school offers both programs, repeat step.

To create a class for the Strengthened SHS Curriculum:

• Go to https://lis.deped.gov.ph and log in as a School System Admin.
• Click the "Learner Information System".
• Click the "Senior High School" tab.
• Click the "List of Classes".
• Click the "Add class" button.
• Complete the details for Grade 11: Grade Level (Grade 11), Program (e.g., Strengthened SHS) Technical-Professional (TechPro) Track), and Section Name, then click "Add class".
• A "Class created" notification will appear upon successful creation.

To reassign a learner to another class:
• Go to https://lis.deped.gov.ph and log in as a School System Admin.
• Click the "Learner Information System" .
• Click the "Senior High School" tab.
• Click the "Enrolment" link.
• Click the "View Profile" link of a Grade 11 learner.
• Click the "[reassign]" link next to "Assigned class".

Reminders:
• Tagging of SHS Program Offering under Strengthened SHS Curriculum is applicable for select pilot schools only.
• The process is available for Grade 11 only.
