WEATHER UPDATE

Tropical Depression GENER has intensified slightly and is now over the West Philippine Sea. The storm's center is estimated to be 255 km West Northwest of Baguio City, moving westward at 45 km/h. Strong winds extend outwards up to 200 km from the center. 

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 is in effect for several areas in Luzon.
