MECHANICS
1. The raffle draw is open to all recipients of NEAP Communications Package who have updated their PDIS Accounts.
2. Participants who have updated their PDIS Accounts on or before January 15 are automatically included in the raffle draw. The grand draw period will be on January 18-20, 2022. The winners will be announced during the NEAP Transformation Launch in 2022.
3. The winners will be randomly picked via electronic raffle draw under the supervision of NEAP and OSEC representatives.
4. The prizes are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
5. The prizes will be delivered to the regions c/o NEAP in the Region Focal Persons.
6. The winners are advised to claim their prizes from their respective NEAP-R/HRDD. The decision of the Raffle Committee will be considered final and irrevocable.
