Clarifications on DepEd SIM Deployment

Registration website is down - SIM distribution must continue even if not registered in the DepEd Connect site (https:depedconnect.com.ph).

 Importantly, Property Custodian will have his/her recording. Personnel who have not registered prior to the issuance of the SIM must register when the website will be okay,

No re-registration: Personnel who have registered in the DepEd Connect site (https:depedconnect.com.ph) need not to register again.

Supply Officers shall send report of their issued SIM (in PDF copy) to the Regional and Central Office for verification purposes.

SIM Activation and Load Allocation: SIMS should be activated the soonest possible time. SIMS already released and activated by teachers as of July 31 will have their official first monthly load by August 3, 2021. 

All other SIMS activated later than July 31 will be loaded on August 15, 2021 (tentative date since team in-charge will have a meeting with Central Office).

Validity: 

34GB is 1 year valid if not consumed, second and third month will be released at a later date. All other concerns not addressed above shall be directed at the Help Desk's communal email depedcare@deped.gov.ph.

Also, everyone is encouraged to check the Official Facebook Pages (DepEd Philippines, DepEd Tayo and DepEd EdTech Unit) of the Central Office for updates regarding this project.
