During this pandemic, face to face end of school year (EOSY) rites is not allowed in schools. The Department of Education (DepEd) allowed the conduct of EOSY Rites through virtual or mobile graduation and moving-up ceremonies.

With this setup, Lawigan Elementary School at Brgy. Lawigan, Tobias Fornier, Antique conducted a unique "kalabaw mobile graduation".

Mrs. Rosalina Serguino, one of the teachers conceptualized the idea of conducting this mobile graduation. Six of her students are moving up to Grade 7, three boys and three girls.

A carabao with a float was designed with fabric, tarpaulin and balloons to make a stage for elementary school graduates. The road in the area was difficult because of the mud, so the school decided to use a float to make it easier for them to go to the houses of their graduating students.

The float served as the stage for the students as they were photographed receiving their diplomas.
According to DepEd Antique Superintendent Felisa Beriong, it has the permission of DepEd Region 6 to implement health protocols.
