All SIM card recipients are advised to register again
All recipients of DepEd SIM Cards are advised to register "AGAIN" for activation and write their (received) SIM Card number at the "Work Phone Number" field. SIM Cards which are not registered will not be loaded for the second month. This is according to the information received by Deped Tambayan PH.
To All SIM CARD Recipients:
Per instruction from DepEd ICTS-User Support Division, Central Office. After receiving your SIM Cards, please register "AGAIN" to https://depedconnect.com.ph for activation and write your (received) SIM Card number at the "Work Phone Number" field.
SIM Cards which are not registered will not be loaded for the second month.

"All sim cards will be activated with an initial 34GB load on 30 June 2021, which will be usable for one year. Sim cards which are not registered on the website will not be loaded for the second month. " said memorandum.
SIM cards will be loaded with DepEd 349 Plan with 34 GB of mobile data monthly. Recipients will receive 1 GB data upon activation of the SIM Card.
What is DepEd 349 Plan for DepEd employees
DepEd employees will receive a Smart SIM loaded with DepEd 349 Plan.
- DepEd 349 Plan offers 34 gigabytes (GB) Monthly Data Allowance
- 1.02 GB Study Anywhere (Daily Limit. Renews daily for 30 days with a total of 30Gb per month)
- 4.10 GB Shareable Data (Additional extra data per month. Excess usage in the "Study Anywhere" will deduct here)
- 100MB Free Data from GigaLife

DepEd ba't 1.02 Gig lang ba ang OL class namin everyday? sa google meet nga kukulangin yan.. malaki tingnan kasi every month is 30 gig pero inreal life setting mga 3gig po dapat per day ang minimum... may eelink pa kaya tayo sa via YT or other educ. related sites..
nareceive o na po sim ko at naidownload ko na ang giga life, pero hindi po naka subscribe yung sim ko sa deped349 upon checking my usage. wala din pong ibang subscription. nakalagay lang 4.09 GB shareable data expiry august 29, 2021. Ano po ang problema sa sim na naibigay po sa akin?
Same case here, I receive the DepEd sim card and foĺlow all the instruction on how to register to avail the DepEd 349 Promo but it did not work.

I have just received my sim card and tried to open the link to registet but unfortunately it was under maintainace
Balita Po package nalang under maintenance ang depedconnect.ph.hindi ko maregistered ulit ang sim card ko.5 days ng under maintenance.
Bakit laging under maintenance ang website ng depedconnect.ph? Hindi ko maregistered ulit ang sim ko.
Ako din po ilang beses Ng nagbukas para makapagregister pero under maintenance pa rin...
I checked my balance sa gigalife pero bakit hindi sya naka subscribe sa deped349?
NO ACTIVE PROMO as of today for two months na :(
in our school too.. we haven't received any promo for 3 months or more already..
