The one-time cash assistance for teachers, teaching and non-teaching who did not receive any aid under the Bayanihan 1 was approved by the bicameral conference committee .
The one-time cash assistance for teaching and non-teaching personnel is one of the final provisions of Bayanihan 2 approved by bicameral conference committee.
The bicameral conference committee convened virtually on Friday afternoon to reconcile the disagreeing provisions of the House and Senate versions of Bayanihan to Recover as One bill or Bayanihan 2.
Teaching personnel, non-teaching personnel in private schools and part-time faculty members of State Universities and Colleges who did not receive any assistance under Bayanihan To Heal As One Act are entitled to the one-time cash assistance.
