Public school teachers to receive P500 medical examination

All public school teachers are set to receive P500 each to cover their annual medical examination as required by law.

According to Education Undersecretary Annalyn Sevilla the allotment for the medical examination was already released by the Department of Budget and Management to the Department of Education (DepEd.

Sevilla also said that they plan to release the fund before the end of the school year next month, which is the deadline for teachers to submit the results of their medical examinations.
