Classes resume January 6, 3rd Quarter Exam on Jan 9-10

Christmas break is almost over.

Classes in the public elementary and secondary schools will resume on Monday, January 6, 2020. Two days after the resumption of classes, Thursday and Friday, January 9-10, 2020 will be the schedule of the conduct of the Third Quarter Examination.

Below are the remaining activities for the School Year (SY) 2019-2020 based on Deped Official Calendar for the SY 2019-2020, applicable to both public and private elementary and secondary schools nationwide.

This includes regular and special holidays and school breaks, examination days, and scheduled special days for SY 2019-2020. Dates may vary for private schools.

March 2020
March 12-13 – Fourth Quarter Examination for Grades 6 and 12
March 19-20 – Fourth Quarter Examination for Grades 1-5 and 7-11
March 30–April 3 – End of School Year Rites (Graduation and Moving-up Ceremonies)

April 2020
April 3 – Last Day of Classes
April 6 – Distribution of Report Cards and PTA Conference
April 9 – Holiday: Araw ng Kagitingan/Maundy Thursday
