Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) posted on their Facebook Page an advisory for all iAccess Users on November 5, 2019.

Here is the content of the said advisory:
The implementation of the required One-Time PIN (OTP) during log-in will be moved to November 15, 2019.

This is to give you more time to update your mobile numbers and email address for the LANDBANK iAccess Retail Internet Banking Facility. 

To ensure successful log-in, please update your email address via any LANDBANK Branch or call the LANDBANK Customer Care Hotline at (02) 8-405-7000, or 1-800-10-405-7000 (Domestic Toll-Free). You may also update your mobile number through any LANDBANK Branch or via iAccess.

What is an OTP?
It is an added feature of the LANDBANK iAccess to secure your transactions and your confidential information.
