Malacañang declares September 16, 17 and 18 a special non-working holidays

Malacañang has issued three proclamations declaring city and town holidays on September 16, 17 and 18, 2019 a special non-working days in some places to commemorate some special events.

Palace declares September 16 a special non-working day in Bontoc, Mountain Province in view of its founding anniversary. This capital town is all set to celebrate its 111th Founding Anniversary and 15th Am-among Festival  on this day.


#WalangPasok: September 17, 2019
The town’s twin celebrations became very significant and well-attended occasions for the 16 barangay (villages) of the municipality, as well as for tourists and those who trace their roots in Bontoc.

Palace declared Sept. 17 a special non-working day in Zamboanga del Sur to commemorate its foundation anniversary.

Palace also declared September 18 a special non-working day in Bansalan, Davao del Sur. Proclamation No. 295 signed on Aug. 23 declares September 18, 2019 as a special non-working day in the municipality of Bansalan in Davao del Sur for the celebration of the 67th foundation day of the town.
