Mid-year Review Form for Teachers (MRF) I-III

During the Mid-year Review, teachers will have the chance to meet with their respective supervisors and coordinators to discuss their teaching methodologies, challenges faced in the classroom, and successes achieved thus far. The aim is to identify areas where additional support or resources may be required and to collaboratively develop strategies to enhance overall performance. 

The review emphasizes the importance of open communication, mutual feedback, and professional development. Teachers are encouraged to share their perspectives and insights. At the same time, supervisors offer guidance, suggestions, and recommendations based on their observations and assessment of classroom activities. 

Note that the mid-year review is for performance monitoring and coaching. The final rating depends solely on the year-end evaluation.
