Several local government units and schools have declared health breaks and/or class suspensions in their areas due to the surge in COVID-19 cases their area is experiencing and in consideration of teachers' and learners' health and well-being.

• City of Manila, all levels, public and private - January 14 to 21, 2022 

        Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno has suspended classes in all levels, for both public and private schools, from January 14-21, 2022. According to him, the declaration of a "health break" will allow the students and teachers to rest and recover in case they are sick

• Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Albay - January 14 January 27 - VIEW ANNOUNCEMENT

Sto. Domingo, Albay Municipal Mayor Joselino B. Aguas, Jr. suspended all modular and online forms of classes (public and privated0 from January 14 to 27

• Camella School in Las Piñas - January 13 and 14 

No synchronous and synchronous classes in all levels, due to the ongoing wave of COVID-19 cases.

• City of Malolos - Elementary to SHS - January 13 - 28 - READ ANNOUNCEMENT
