All DepEd personnel (teaching and non-teaching) intending to serve in the national and local elections of May 2022 are required to submit their application through the DepEd Learning Management System (LMS).

USE OF DEPED LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) AS THE OFFICIAL PLATFORM FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PNPKI DIGITAL CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) and in partnership with the Bureau of Human Resources and Organizational Development (BHROD), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) have expressed their support in having at least 90% of DepEd teaching and non-teaching personnel submit their application on or before September 24, 2021.
In the meeting last 10 August 2021 between ICTS, DICT and COMELEC, all parties agreed that all PNPKI applications should be coursed through the DepEd Learning Management System (LMS) as the official platform to be used for this undertaking, which is due on 25 August 2021. The PNPKI Teams in the field offices will have time to validate, certify, and submit the application to PNPKI Cluster Offices before the end of September 2021.
The LMS was chosen for several reasons:
1. The system can be managed by the Regional Information Technology Officer for controlled accessibility to effectively cope with existing network resources.
2. Applicants will be guided with instructional videos on the purpose and the process on how to apply for a PNPKI digital certificate.
3. Submitted applications will be gathered and handled by only a handful of pre-selected DepEd personnel to ensure security of the information contained therein.

In addition, COMELEC has expressed support that their Office will no longer collect PNPKI Application Forms from Electoral Board (EB) and Board of Canvassers (BOC), inasmuch as DICT will no longer accept application from DepEd through their Online Registration System (ORS). That way, DepEd Central and Field Offices will only have a single platform to monitor. To reiterate, all DepEd personnel (teaching and non-teaching) intending to serve in the national and local elections of May 2022 are required to submit their application through the DepEd Learning Management System (LMS).

Ano ba nman yan, iba man ung memorandum na nakapdf...
Pakiayos niu naman pag post ung memo for registration ng mga teachers na magserve fire this coming 2022 election.
