NLC 2024-2025 Science Narrative Report Free Download

The National Learning Camp (NLC) Science program for elementary learners, held from July 1st to 19th, 2024, was a resounding success in sparking curiosity and fostering a love for science. The program followed a three-week structure, focusing on building a strong foundation in scientific inquiry, exploring scientific concepts through hands-on activities, and consolidating knowledge through project-based learning.

Week 1: Building a Foundation in Science:

Week 2: Exploring Scientific Concepts:

Virtual field trips and guest speakers to inspire scientific curiosity

Week 3: Consolidating Knowledge and Celebrating Achievements: 

Science fair projects showcasing students' understanding of scientific concepts
Celebration of learning through a science-themed "Camp Day"
Collection of feedback to inform future science-focused learning camps

The NLC Science program successfully combined face-to-face interactions, hands-on activities, virtual collaboration, and real-world applications to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Students gained a deeper understanding of scientific principles and developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
