Guide to Using the Electronic Class Record
This electronic class record (ECR) is a modified version of the official ECR, specifically designed for the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum. Here's a quick guide to using it effectively.

Getting Started
Inputting Student Data: Navigate to the "INPUT DATA" tab to enter student names and other necessary details. This is the only tab where you should input this information.

Entering Scores:
Go to the tabs labeled "1st," "2nd," "3rd," and "4th" to enter students' raw scores. The ECR automatically calculates all grades from these scores, including individual grades and the final grade sheet.

Important Information
Password Protection: To prevent accidental changes to the formulas and ensure accurate computations, all tabs are password-protected.

Reporting Inconsistencies:
If you find any errors or inconsistencies, especially with the formulas, please contact the ECR's creator so they can make the necessary corrections.

Thank you for using this modified ECR for Core Subjects of the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum.

DISCLAIMER: Since these templates are not officially released by DepEd, always use them as a temporary tool. Once the official ECRs for the strengthened SHS curriculum are released, you should switch to them to ensure full compliance with the department's standards. Before using any unofficial template, double-check that its formulas and calculations align with the latest DepEd orders and memoranda.
