Mid-year Review Form for Master Teachers (MRF) I-IV

During the Mid-year Review, teachers will have the opportunity to meet with their respective supervisors and coordinators. The main focus of these meetings is to discuss their teaching methodologies, the challenges they have encountered in the classroom, and their successes thus far. The ultimate goal is to identify areas where additional support or resources may be required and collaboratively develop strategies to enhance overall performance.

Open communication, mutual feedback, and professional development are strongly emphasized throughout the review process. Teachers are actively encouraged to share their perspectives and insights. At the same time, supervisors provide guidance, suggestions, and recommendations based on their observations and assessment of classroom activities.

It is important to note that the mid-year review's primary purpose is performance monitoring and coaching. However, the final rating of teachers will be determined solely through the comprehensive year-end evaluation. This evaluation considers teachers' cumulative progress and accomplishments over the entire academic year.
